SHARON ANNE KROEPLIN (nee WEISHAR)

Sharon Anne Kroeplin (née Weishar) of Point Clark and formerly Kincardine, died after a lengthy illness, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine, Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Ken Kroeplin. Loving mother of Shannon (Kevin) Reid and Kristine (Dan) Canfield. Missed by her grandchildren, Madison and Kathryn Reid and Ethan and Toby Canfield. Dear sister of Larry (Janice) Weishar, Bonnie (Jack) Beitz, Rick (Leona) Weishar, Trudy (Bruce) Beitz and Nancy (Mike) Hickman. Fondly remembered by her in-laws, Janet Weishar, Jean Schnurr, Agnes (Beresford) King, Blanche Kroeplin, Carl (Barb) Kroeplin, Ralph (Marlene) Kroeplin, and Joanne (Jim) Brick, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Len and Shirley (née Kuntz) Weishar; an infant daughter; and brother, Dennis Weishar. A private family funeral will take place later this week. A public celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at the Point Clark Community Centre (344 Lake Range Drive, Point Clark), Friday, April 25, 2025, from 1-4 p.m., with remembrances shared at 2 p.m. Final resting place, Kincardine Cemetery.
