Stacy Brent retains title of men’s club champion at Somerhill Golf Club

Weather wreaked havoc on the men’s club championship, held on the weekend, at Somerhill Golf Club.

The Saturday portion was cancelled, but 27 holes were in order for Sunday’s final.

Last year’s club champion, Stacy Brent (above), held off a stellar charge from Corey Morgan, retaining his title.

Brent shot a 27-hole gross total of 113, while Corey Morgan (right) shot a 27-hole net total of 104 and was crowned Low Net Champion.
 

• Flight “A” winner was Duncan Hamann
• Flight “B” winner was Dan Martin
• Flight “C” winner was Conor Stevenson

Appreciation to all who participated in this event, with a big shout-out to the course maintenance crew of Steve, Al and Brad who keep Somerhill in glowing condition!
