​Organizers preparing for 10th annual Christmas Day Community Meal

This year marks the 10th annual Christmas Day Community Meal and organizers are welcoming anyone who will be alone Thursday, Dec. 25, to gather with them at St. Anthony of Padua Church Hall in Kincardine.

This event was never meant for only low-income families but is open to everyone in the community, including individuals, couples and families - people working and away from home, or people who have already had an earlier family gathering and are alone on Christmas Day.

Doors open at 12:30 p.m., with dinner at 1 p.m. Freewill donations accepted.

Please register so the organizers know how many people to prepare for. To register, call 519-396-2001 or send an E-mail to Samuel.Finnie@Century21.ca by Dec. 20. You will be asked to provide your name, a contact phone number, and the number of people who will be attending.
