Warm, sunny day greets Ainsdale Ladies League

On a beautiful warm sunny Tuesday, May 2 the 2016 Ainsdale Ladies League began its season. 

This league is open to all ladies of all abilities, and features a very social and golf-friendly experience. The league plays nine holes in five scoring flights every Tuesday. 

This opening week, the league utilized a new state-of-the-art scoring system to tabulate Stableford scores, handicaps and skins results. 

The story of the week was Jennifer Lawrie who cleaned up in A Flight, winning first in the point competition with 34, and first in A Flight low putts with only 14. 

New members are always welcome and that's what Heather Struthers did - 14 putts and 49 points!!

B Flight - Wendy Gardner, 15 putts; Stableford - 25 points

C Flight - Colleen Douglas, 15 putts: Stableford - Kim Williams and Janice Matchett  26 points

D Flight - Edie Fotheringham, 14 putts; Stableford - Ruth Johnston  29 points

E  Flight - Heather Struthers, 14 putts; Stableford - 49 points
